My initial ideas involve Camden/ London, and memories. I’d love to incorporate other voices into my piece, perhaps by using survey questionnaires again.
At this point in time I’m interested in documenting stories using film and illustration; I think as two separate devices, but in combination with each other. For example – illustrating a picture of a place in Camden, but cutting sections out to replace with photography or film.
This relates to previous ideas I had in Unit 1.
The above is part of an image I found on Google, of a bar in Camden that my friends and I would regularly go to. I cut out the windows in the photograph & replaced them with doodled, vague, memories I have of being there. The bar itself, “Joe’s”, no longer exists, and my friends and I no longer regularly go out.
