Following the workshop on Experimental Photography, facilitated by Steve Mepsted, I have decided to explore the use of photography to be used to represent the house I live in. I am interested in the history of the building, for the duration of one of my housemates’ tenancies – thirty-one and a half years living here. I am also thirty-one and a half years old; in fact the housemate in question, has been living at the same address for a month longer than I have been alive in the world.
For this project I am currently considering going back to the address I would have been living at, at the same time some photos at my current address were taken, in 1997. I was, at that time, living in Dagenham, and from that time I have many memories.
